Hello! My name is Greta<\/h2>\n

Greta is the manager of the Amadora restaurant in Bordighera. By nature, she is a time-waster-since she started working in the restaurant business when she was only 16 years old-even though she loves to set aside a few quiet moments to read a good book.<\/p>\n

Much of what she has learned, however, she owes to Marianna, who takes her under her wing while still very young in the restaurant in Ventimiglia.
\nShe spends a busy summer there, where Greta learns from all the roles-from runner to room to kitchen, she becomes a living part of Amadora.<\/p>\n

When that summer is over, with the experience of only one season, they have realized that they are made for each other: they ask her to become manager of the restaurant in Bordighera.
\nNo time should be wasted, right?
